How do I book an experience?

You can view all available dates in the booking calendar on our website and book your experience directly online.

Who are the experiences suitable for?

Our indoor experiences are designed so that almost everyone can take part. No special level of fitness or mobility is required. Some experiences may include specific notes regarding themes or intensity. You’ll find these details in the individual experience description.

Can I manage that?

Yes, of course. You don't need any previous knowledge or special skills. Our escape rooms are designed for you to have fun. Our game masters will look after you and help you if you get stuck.

Do I have to be scared?

Our experiences can be intense, atmospheric, and emotional – and for many guests, that is exactly what makes them special. But one thing is always true: You are safe at all times and remain in control. If you are unsure about elements such as darkness, enclosed spaces, sound, or personal interaction, please let us know in advance. We’ll find a solution that helps you feel comfortable without taking away from the experience.

Will I be locked up?

No. You can move freely at all times and leave the experience whenever you want. No one is ever forced to do anything they are uncomfortable with.

What is the minimum age to participate?

How does an experience work?

Simply arrive at the booked time and wear comfortable clothing. From the moment you enter, the experience has already begun – you’ll step directly into the world of the story. You move through different scenes and are guided through the narrative.

When should we arrive?

Please arrive on time for your booked slot. Early or late entry is not possible for organizational reasons. The experience begins as soon as you enter Dream Labs.

Can we take part if we’ve had alcohol?

Guests who are under the influence of alcohol cannot take part. It’s important to us that everyone can fully experience the story and safely move through the experience. Feel free to celebrate afterwards instead.

Are animals allowed?

No, animals are not permitted in our indoor experiences.

What should I wear? (Indoor)

Comfortable clothing is ideal. You’ll move through different rooms and scenes – it’s not about your outfit, but about being able to move freely within the experience.

What should I wear? (Outdoor)

For our outdoor adventures, we recommend weather-appropriate clothing. You’ll be outside, so simply dress according to the conditions.

Which experience is right for us?

We recommend starting with "The Legend of the Heartless Pirate" – cinematic, atmospheric, and full of adventure. Next, "Metropolis 2099" takes you into a futuristic cyberpunk investigation. The perfect finale is "LOST" – our most intense adventure. It’s not for the faint of heart and is ideal for anyone who wants to experience the full range of Dream Labs. Our Outdoor Adventures are a separate category focused on puzzles and movement in the fresh air. Relaxed, stroller-friendly, and even playable with dogs – perfect for in between.

Are the Outdoor Adventures really outdoors?

Yes, absolutely. No trick, no hidden twist – you’re really outside, exploring the nature around Bad Steben. With an iPad and adventure equipment, you explore the area, follow clues, and experience an outdoor adventure at your own pace.

What are immersive live adventures?

Many people know escape rooms as places where you are locked in and have to solve puzzles to get out. Our indoor experiences work differently. At Dream Labs, you don’t just enter a room – you step into another world. A theatrically staged environment becomes a walkable stage: with live performance, storytelling, lighting, sound, and cinematic sets that draw you deeper into the story scene by scene. A live actor accompanies your experience from the very first moment to the last, guiding you through the production and ensuring that you can fully experience the story. Interactive elements are part of the immersion, but they are not the focus. The focus is on experiencing a living story together – not on solving puzzles.
